HealthFusion’s® YourHealthFile® Patient Portal enables Women’s Center for Integrative Health to improve our patient relations while also increasing productivity and efficiency. Patients can monitor their health records, and even begin time-consuming paperwork at home or the office or via SmartPhone or Tablet, saving everyone’s time while improving quality of care.

• Appointment Requests — request an appointment, and after the office books the requested time, the patient receives an email confirmation
• Appointment Confirmation — patient confirms their appointment via email and the appointment is automatically marked confirmed in the schedule
• Patient Pre-Registration — patient completes the standard patient demographics, insurance, and HIPAA forms online
• Online Form Signing — the standard forms can be signed online with a mouse or iPad®
• Secure Patient Messaging — message a WCIHNJ staff member, and the staff can view the message in their MediTouch® Messages Inbox (patients review replies on the patient portal)
